Latino Review have a report from the press junket for Samuel L. Jackson’s latest film, Mother and Child, where he discusses his appearances in the upcoming Marvel Studios movies.
Apparently, his character Nick Fury won’t be in Thor, but will make an appearance in Captain America, and also says that The Avengers will start filming in February 2011.
Of course, the assumption – including Jackson’s own, by the sound if things – was the Fury would show up in all the movies, so while there’s no appearance in Thor at the moment, that movie is still in production, and quite some time away from release, so it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that a quick cameo can’t still be inserted.
